FAQ

How can I hire you?
Give us a call at 956-467-1922 or send us an email at lysrgv@yahoo.com to set up an appointment for a free consultation and onsite inspection.
How early should I contact you to book your services?
Ideally, not less than 3 weeks before the event to confirm our availability for the date and to have enough time to discuss the details of your custom balloon décor. However, if you have less time, don’t let that discourage you from calling us.

Delivery bouquet orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

How long will it take to build the balloon décor?
Depending on the design and the size of the décor, our team can take about 1 to 4 hours to finish.
How much does your balloon décor cost?
Since each balloon décor design varies in size and complexity, our prices vary. We work with all budgets, big and small. Call or email us and we’ll be happy to work up a price quote that suits your needs.
What are your payment terms? Do I need to make a deposit? What type of payment do you accept?
We require a 30% deposit to reserve your date, and the full balance is due 10 days prior to your event unless other arrangements have been made. We accept debit, credit cards, or cash.
Do you charge for delivery, installation, and/or tear down for décor work?
We don’t charge any fees for orders over $250. We charge a $50 setup and delivery fee for orders under $250 that require setup and installation. We do tear down the balloon décor unless otherwise arranged.
Do you deliver balloon bouquets for special occasions?
We deliver specialty bouquets for all occasions. Delivery bouquets range from $35 to $100 and are delivered 6 days a week. Our delivery area is the city of McAllen, TX; delivery fee may vary depending on your area.
How long will the balloon décor last?
Our decor is built to suit your specific event needs. Air work balloon décor can last for days. We extend the float time of our helium balloon décor with an industry standard additive. Outside décor is sometimes affected by the elements over which we have no control.
Are latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes; balloons are made from the sap of the rubber tree and biodegrade at the rate of an oak leaf. We bring law & order to our balloon sales:

  • Weight all helium-filled foil balloons.
  • Tie all ribbons to the weight so if they’re released they will float away individually. DO NOT tie ribbons together before attaching to weight. Tie them to the weight with one knot.
  • Do not use metallic ribbon with helium-filled balloons.
